Gist of the lecture is : "Repetition of the thought' is the main cause of formation of problem (Addiction) and one of the effective strategies for getting rid of the problem could be the same but in positive direction. Besides, brainstorming has been done for topics for the next session in this series.

50th 2018.02.23 - listened to Yogi Vikash Ananda's 16th lecture on 'Successful Life'. Some Highlights are:

  • Importance of early rising. 
  • How to boost brain power, testosterone, endorphin through doing exercise for few minutes. 
  • What is the meaning of 'Haram Khor' ?
  • Design of Mind and Body ? Body is design for exercise, it should be active. Movements and hard work make the body stronger. Mind is designed as opposite of body. It would be stronger and clearer if the mind is still and calm. If too much pressure in mind, mind get sick which will appear later in body.
